From small-town beginnings to global leadership in Fortune 100 captive GCC giants such as GE Capital, American Express, Dell Technologies, Citi Bank, and Procter & Gamble—along with Indian powerhouses like the Tata Group and disruptive startups—Rajesh and Manish have built careers on fearless innovation, resilience, transformation in GCC, BPO and consulting landscape.
Our paths crossed in two large conglomerates, but joining forces wasn’t an obvious choice. Chalk and cheese in many ways, we share one unshakable mission: to revolutionize workplaces by integrating technology, experiences, and a deeply human touch.

With 26 years of global experience, Manish has built, scaled, and transformed businesses through strategy, service delivery, and technology-driven operational excellence. He has led GCCs, BPOs, Indian corporations, and funded startups, delivering impact in customer lifecycle management.
A chef to a business leader, Manish is a certified NLP practitioner and to his credit was recognized as among the Top 10 COOs in India BPS – Recognized at the Asia Leadership Awards 2024.
Over two decades of experience with diverse organisations and industries, Manish has been instrumental in building two businesses from Ground Zero to $100M, led growth strategies resulting in successful angel investor exits in startups and has managed large spans across India, USA, UK and APAC.
Manish is known for bold, disruptive strategies that challenge traditional approaches and has enriched 1,000+ professionals through keynotes, mentorship programs driven by his mantra: Don’t Fear the Fear
Rajesh is a strategic business leader, thought partner, and key driver of transformation at Byond Spectair. With over 25 years of global leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies like P&G, Citi, Dell, and Tata group. He has mastered the art of scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and leading high-performance teams.
His expertise spans Retail, Banking, IT, Telecom, and FMCG with a strong focus on digital transformation, contact center operations, and customer experience innovation, successfully led multi-site, onshore, and offshore operations across India, North America, and EMEA.
As a thought leader and strategic partner, Rajesh plays a pivotal role in guiding businesses through change, unlocking new opportunities, and driving measurable outcomes.
